The contract number is located on the declaration page of your contract. The contract number is also located on the card that came with your contract booklet. If you can’t find your contract number, we can look up your contract by using your name.
You may transfer your service contract to the new owner when you sell your vehicle. Please note the service contract can only be transferred party to party and not to a dealer. Please contact customer service for a transfer request form.
Vehicles need proper maintenance, as outlined in your vehicle’s owner’s manual. Be sure to keep accurate maintenance records and receipts.
The repairs are paid for by a company credit card as soon as we receive the finished repair order.
